Brad's Biography

As a lifelong resident of Central NJ, I am well-informed in the variables that define the local real estate marketplace. I service all of Central New Jersey and spend much of my time in each area to understand its unique attributes which enables me to promote the area's amenities to buyers' desires and wishes - culminating not just in a place to live, but the most desirable home and community for their lifestyle.

I pride myself on being well-versed in the latest real estate marketing tools and technologies. I am highly advanced in digital target marketing, which is where buyers start their home search these days. My many years of business experience and professional negotiation skills have contributed to trusted relationships, keeping deals together and accomplishing my clients goals.

These results and relationships consistently prove to be a tremendous asset to my clients and continually result in successful transactions. I am a full-time Realtor, dedicated to the craft, and I’m a former Certified Project Management Professional. I apply the proven framework I studied in project management to each real estate transaction to increase the chances of success for my clients.

In my spare time, I enjoy coaching softball for my daughter's club team and I’m actively involved in golf, softball, bowling, reading personal improvement books, horse racing; as well as, enjoying the beautiful beaches, rivers, parks, and farmlands that Central NJ has to offer. I feel fortunate to live in a community that is rich in the arts and culture, abundant with great shopping and fine dining, and all just within an hour to NYC or Philadelphia.

Questions to Ask Agents


  1. What percentage of your clients are buyers vs sellers?
  2. In which areas do you primarily work?
  3. Will I be working with you directly or handed off to anyone else other than you? In other words, will you handle all aspects of my transaction or will you delegate some tasks to a sales associate or administrative assistant? A knowledgeable assistant can be invaluable, but you want to make sure you can connect with your agent regularly.
  4. Do you work full-time or part-time as a real estate agent?
  5. How many homes have you closed?
  6. How many other buyers are you representing now? How many sellers? Hint: the busiest agents often are the most efficient.
  7. Is your license in good standing? You should check an agent’s certification yourself with your state’s Department of Real Estate. Many states provide this information online.
  8. How many years of education and experience do you have? Experience and continuing education typically make for better agents. (And it doesn’t hurt to ask if they own their own home. A new Trulia Trends study shows that 85% of brokers and agents are homeowners).
  9. Are you also a broker and/or a Realtor or an agent?
  10. Can you provide me with the names and phone numbers of past clients who have agreed to be references? Insights from past customers can help you learn more about an agent and give you a greater comfort level.
